Nortel Networks may seek patent protection on technology described
in the following Internet Draft:<draft-chisholm-disman-active-alarm-00.txt>. 
In relation to any IETF standard incorporating any such technology, Nortel 
Networks hereby agrees to license on fair, reasonable, reciprocal and non-
discriminatory terms, any patent claims it owns covering such technology, 
solely to the extent such technology is essential to comply with such 
standard.
