Subsequent to the December 20, 2001 telechat, the IESG approved publication of Defining the IETF as a BCP. The announcement was sent January 3, 2001 2. Subsequent to the December 20, 2001 telechat, the IESG approved publication of Stream Control Transmission Protocol Applicability Statement as an Informational RFC. The announcement was sent. 3. The minutes of the December 20 Teleconference were approved as amended. Steve to place in public archives. 4. The IESG approved publication of Textual Conventions for Internet Network Addresses as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG approved publication of Definitions of Managed Objects for the General Switch Management Protocol (GSMP) as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 6. The IESG approved Definitions of Managed Objects for HDSL2 and SHDSL Lines as a Proposed Standard. Bert to review document when submitted and let Steve know if all is ok. Once done, Steve to send announcement. 7. The IESG approved the new charter for Entity MIB (entmib). Steve to update WG records. 8. The IESG approved the new charter for Robust Header Compression (rohc). Steve to update WG records. 9. The IESG tentatively approved the charter for Content Distribution Internetworking (cdi). Patrik to make some changes and send it to Steve. When received, Steve to announce. 10. The new charter for IP over Resilient Packet Rings (iporpr) was not approved as it was not ready for IESG consideration. 11. Issues were raised on AES Ciphersuites for TLS that need to be resolved before IESG action. 12. Issues were raised with XML-Signature Syntax and Processing that need to be resolved before IESG action. 13. Issues were raised with SS7 MTP2-User Adaptation Layer that need to be resolved before IESG action. 14. Issues were raised with SS7 MTP3-User Adaptation Layer (M3UA) that need to be resolved before IESG action. 15. The IESG did not approve Network Hierarchy and Multilayer Survivability because of the Security Requirements. Additionally, Allison to provide detailed comments. 16. The IESG decided that ICAP the Internet Content Adaptation Protocol needed additional review by the IETF. Patrik to make this happen.
