Everything here is as near as perfect as I've ever seen. The lighting is the
most obvious thing that's good, but the modelling, texturing, and layout are
brilliant as well.

I normally try to suggest improvements, but I'm afraid you're so far ahead of
what I can do that I really can't see anything at fault in this image.

You're on the right track to make beautiful images, but unfortunately you don't
seem to have an artistic sense...  An artistic image would have movement, would
tell a story, have a past and a future...  and all this in a still image... 
When looking at your picture, I see a very nice render of a blue-print!  Try
working on the concept of you future IRTC submissions!

This one is one of my favorite. Everything is just perfect in this scene. The
models, the light, the textures, the arrangement of everything. The way you
tilt the camera to utilize the distortion of the view is a little provoking,
but it works!. I simply love it.

Very appealing view, good modelling work.  But some more technical
description would have been immensely important for a just technical
rating.  

There are a few problems: the outside of the house visible through
the window is too dark to be realistic.  There seems to be a gap in the
geometry of the stairs' handrail.  The glass table seems quite a 
mechanical curiosity - i doubt it would stand a slight tip from the side
without breaking into pieces...

Artistically: I would probably not place two identical carpets in my room

Still a very nice image.
