Artistic - You have managed to convey great sadness and the pain of loss all
at once.  That is very hard to do properly. I can feel "Maxx" is about to
burst into tears.
Technical - You did Julie in sPatch?  Impressed. The faint writing on the
wall in the background accentuates "Maxx's" pain. High marks.
Concept - A painful sort of contrast.

Very well laid out picture.  Lighting is very appropriate 
and having the words fade is excellent.  Julie's facial 
expression is misleading, though - which I appreciate is a 
technical matter more than artisitc, but it still impacts the 
look of the picture.
Technical - just keep practicing.  You are attempting 
things that even professionals have difficuty with.
Good concept.
