Hi Nathan,
It looks like you are still too busy with work. I won't
even pretend to give you any advice. I am looking
forward to when you have more time for the competition.
Glad to see you are still here.

From rjhansen@hotbot.com:
I like your forest. The unicorns look too stiff and posed. Overall, the lighting is a little too dark I think.

=====
From Stickgod01@aol.com:
excellent. Great composition and modelling. The trees could be a little less shiny, and the waterfall (if that's what it is), could use some work. Nice work.

From jaime@ctav.es:
A bit dark, but very nice.

From tony@j4tb.com:
I love the unicorns. The image has an overall fantasy sense. The darkness give you a sense of deep woods far far from civilization however it is a little too dark almost looks like night. One of my favorites this round.

From eallen@highway1.com:
A little dark. I wonder if that was intentional.

=====
From spencer@early.com:
Very nice but awfully dark.

=====
From javaearl@hotmail.com:
Good unicorns. I like the shiny plants.

=====
From warp@iki.fi:
The image is pretty dark. Had to brighten up the monitor to see the details.
Not the usual quality of your images. Certainly a very unfinished image. Had
to score quite low on everything. Most models were not made by you and the image
has a very messy look to it. It has a concept, but it isn't marvelous.
The lighting of the image could be a lot better and the terrain needs rework.
The horse at the left looks like standing on the plant.

From luisvaloyes@malditasea.zzn.com:
Nice idea, really cool animals and plants.

=====
From maneves@din.uem.br:
That's a creative image. Not realistic, but that's not a problem.
The horse was well designed.
the image is too dark, but that's not a problem too, just a comments.

From bitdaf@tcainternet.com:
Would have liked to seen the finished piece.

=====
From chris_hormann@gmx.de:
Quite good for work in progress, I like the stones and the plants on them.
Sad the picture is so dark, you should do something about that.

=====
From jouni@mikrobitti.fi:
The interpretation is intriguing, you could've gone far with this. Too bad you
apparently did not have the time to finish the image - your skills would've
definitely given way to a more dramatic view of the wilderness. Some technical
details like the plastic leaves drag the score down, too. I hope you can squeeze
the necessary finishing hours next round!

=====
From StephenF@whoever.com:
Nice mood, and the unicorns look good. The textures
could use some work... the waterfall in particular, and
the leaves on the trees in the foreground look a little too
shiny, I think.

=====
From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
Hmmm, not quite up to your usual high standards. Not much original work
here.
Unfocused and poorly lit. Even the "13" is rather uninspired.
I do like the bark texture on the background trees.

=====
From albiaprime@aol.com:
Artistic - Quite nice although the dracena-like bushes could use a bit of work.
           I like the unicorns
Technical - Shows promise. Is there supposed to be a waterfall coming off the
           cliff? It looks like a very strange rock formation
Concept - Very original

Excellent idea, although the image is too dark and the water doesn't look quite realistic enough.
