Great details on the houses -- they all look realistic.
The halo/atmosphere seems too strong, it obscures the sky
and the buildings, and the ground.
My eyes wander all over the image -- it needs a small bright
object to become a focal point.

Nice sky!!!  However, you need to see the tutorial on
atmospheric effects -- the extension of the window
frames into the mist isn't realistic.  The water, also
could use some adjustment -- it looks like blue ink.
However, overall, the scene has a lot of potential.
Add a little more interest to the shoreline, add
a little texturing, and it will be quite good.

Not bad.  The buildings need more detailed texturing.  The sky is dramatic but
unnatural.  No story.  Something needs to be happening, or at least there needs
