Funny! Looks like some sort of "absurd ballet". Video suffered partially from some sort of MPEG compression or upload defect, but i didn't consider this in the rating - i think the IRTC shouldn't be about "who has the best MPEG encoder"...

Funny.

The concept is a good one, it was fun to watch. It is too bad your divers never made it too water. I liked the simplisity of the divers - it worked. The terrain was nicely done as well. Perhaps have a truck go by and the driver could give the divers a queer look - that would add a bit humor.

JV: I *like* the motion of the runners. It's a shame that CMPEG put a bunch of artifacts into the runners; I've used it for plenty of IRTC entries without any trouble.

The rocks that get carried across the road are all the same; you could at least have rotated them so that their similarity isn't as obvious.

The differnet things done by the runners are rather entertaining.

I'm very impressed by the character animation on this. It's some of the most fluid animation I've seen in povray. Though it could do with a bit of a plot, I'm sure there could be a really good reason for a load of divers to be running in a desert! :)

This is an original and wonderful entry. In the beginning it struck me as rather simple and silly, not a journey at all, but viewing it again made me change my mind, and made me realise that this is probably one of the more powerful entries in this round.

Unfortunately, flicker of mpg errors cuts in right when I most wanted to examine the animation closely in order to determine how impressed I was with the movement. Fun otherwise.

Nice work on the run cycle, but that is all there seems to be. There's
no real explanation for what is going on. Just a bunch of people
running though the desert in full scuba gear.

My diver nephew cringed at the thought of doing that. No real story. Sort
of a journey. Good leg animation showcase. A bit of humor.
