Things looked a little bit too "plastic" if you know what I mean.  The shadows
looked a little weird (I would expect the shadows to bend away from an open
window, where as all of your shadows are directly under the objects.  However,
the Enterprise looked really cool, I give you an A+ for that.

I love the contrast between the opening view and the actual animation.  You
might want to try using the Berkley MPEG encoder for converting AVIs to MPEGs,
since it doesn't produce artifacts like the black circle on frames 540 to 597. 
It would be helpful if you were to describe some of the techniques used for
modeling.

Good animation. It's kind of hard to tell that they are penguins, and the lasers
are a bit dull, and also the spaceship model is a bit basic. But you did it
well, and the computer looks good, and also a good idea, so I think overall
it's pretty good.
