Reports situations when a number of parameters in VALUES does not match a number of columns in a target table.

Example (MySQL):

CREATE TABLE foo(a INT, b INT, c INT);

INSERT INTO foo VALUES (1,2,3,4)

The foo table has three columns but in the INSERT INTO statement we pass four.
