IAB News We Can Use 6. Management Issues 6.1 Ted Hardie as IAB liaison (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. The IESG has appointed Ted Hardie as liaison to the IAB through May 2006, pending review when the new ADs have gained experience. 6.2 Formally Remove Bert Wijnen in Expert Review Team (Dan Romascanu) The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved formally removing Bert Wijnen from the expert review team that supports IANA in assignment of new ifType values and replacing him with Dan Romascanu. 6.3 Retreat Logistics Update (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. 6.4 Message to mailing list maintainers/wg chairs (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to send the message to mailing list maintainers/wg chairs. 6.5 ID-Checklist Update (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the new version of the ID-Checklist. Dan Romascanu will liaise with Bert Wijnen for future updates of the ID-Checklist. 7.
