DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

I took a photo of an apple and used photoshop to turn it into a texture for the apple. The apple is just a warped a sphere.

The leaf is a plane with a texture on it. The texture was grabed from a photo and altered in photoshop.

The tree branches are just bent cylinders with a texture.

The background is a photo blurred.

MentalRay did the motion blur.

The worm is a group of spheres with the top sphere turned into a head with hair.
