André Breton and the surealists adopted this Lautréamont's sentence as an example of the shocking, incongruous beauty that the "out of place" can reveal.
The topic of this round gave me an opportunity to create this image, as a tribute to the poet 
and to the surealist artists.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
everything was hand coded directly in POV . Classic CSG (big deal for the umbrella...)
The body was created  in Poser3 and imported in Pov.
Area-lights above the tables and outside, on the right side. 
Rendering with radiosity on.
