===== From skipt1@aol.com: Good concept, techinically complex. The one thing lacking from this image is the lighting. Perhaps some radiosity and higher contrast and this would be a truly great image. Good effort though and a nice image. ===== From povray@doublezero.uklinux.net: The elephant doesn't really look as if he's in the scene; neither do the mountains. Apart from that the image is good. ===== From corvus@onewhiteraven.com: great modelling! ===== From shevlin@uic.edu: Nice concept, and the elephant is well-modeled. Some of the shadows on the elephant look a little harsh compared to the shadows that it casts in the grass; maybe some indirect illumination via radiosity would help. The texture on the elephant and grass seems a bit too uniform. Also, the stark contrast between all the dead grass and the bright green trees is a little odd. ===== From pbrasolin@yahoo.it: I like very much the elephant model, but not the texture: too grainy. //Paolo Brasolin ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: Nice modelling on the elephant and the mouse and other things in the scene as well. I find the light a little bit strange, probably due to ambient settings too bright. Good work. ===== From renebui@aol.com: Good job with Wings3d an excellent free modeller. The mouse is too ... discreet. ===== From sshelby@shelbyvision.com: Nice job on the elephant. I didn't know the mouse was there until I read it. It would have been more effective to put the mouse right in front of the camera so the scene was more from the mouse's point of view. ===== From jacoons@ameritech.net: It is obvious a lot of work was put into this. ===== From file: Notable for modelling ===== From file: Very good!
