This is an Alien that is in the middle of his transformation to a human being .
DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
The image was created with Cinema 4D. For the eyes and the shape around the eyes I used the primitive spherical shape
and after I modeled them free hand with the magnetic tool that is fund on the cinema $D software this method was also used for the lips
and merirror material. The nose was shaped up from a capsule primitve shape and modeled the same way as the eyes lips and mouth. Than I 
played around with the texrures and colours also the refelctions and lights. When I rendered the picture I imported the picture in photoshop with the multi passing
method.This method is used to import from Cinema 4D to photoshop with all the layers so yopu can manipulate not only the picture but every layer of it including light reflections.
In my case I imported to photoshop to smooth up reflections and sharp edges.
