===== From rgow@lanset.com: Nice scene. I like the sky and lighting. Fountain is a little bit pixelated. ===== From leoszilard@yahoo.com: The leaves on that tree to the right look a little suspicious. This is clearly the round winner for me, in originality. ===== From klynn@telefish.net: I like the ground cover. ===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: Wow, that's a really nice fantastical image. It has just the right feel to it, and the details in the scene are well used so all the places my eye is drawn too have some nice detail for me to see. Only criticism is it runs the risk of being a bit off topic, since one could argue that fairies don't consult architects. ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: This is an interesting image. Lots of detail. As I look at each one they are well done. The problem is when the elments come together they don't work that well. Not sure if I can articulate the problem. The water looks greeat. The background hills look great. The forground ground looks pretty good too. Trees look good. I guess part of the problem is the fairtree just doesn't match the detail and texturing of the rest of the image. For instance, the green pad looks out of place with the rest of the tree - a more soft body look would better. ===== From hildurka@simnet.is: I really think that this scene is on the verge of being off topic. If a man finds a cave and decides to live in it, the cave can hardly be regarded as architecture. If however, this man decides to change the cave to make it more suitable for him, then you can start to regard it as sort of primitive architecture. Architecture is ALWAYS made by man (or maybe fairy), not by nature. This scene is really nice and the lighting is great, but I really had a hard time finding the arcitectural element in it. I assume that the tree with a door on it is ment to be a fairy style architecture. But I still don_t feel this scene is about architecture at all, I feel it is about nature and the element of architecture is just squeezed in to fit the topic. I think, if you really were interested, you could make wondrous, highly unusual, fairy style houses, fit into a beautiful landscapes. ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: I have to say i have problems seeing the connection to the topic. The trees against the light appear very good. ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: Nice work creating the plants in the scene. I agree the leaves have a stiff look to them, but this is only really noticable at the top of the tree. The water looks a little awkward to me. I can't really describe what it is, but it seems to me to be viscous, and almost metallic. ===== From slone@hiwaay.net: Wonderful concept!
