DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

I used alot of duplicating for the buildings, the plane is an extruded cylinder,
and the
blast is a sphere made into particles, I used a light blue ambient light for
the
illusion that the camera is high up.
