IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 

Not every landscape can be photographed. Raytracing can take us far beyond the
solid and the literal. It with such a potent tool that one can capture the very
landscape of a soul or a mind. This is a landscape that lives within the hearts
and minds of all of us, waiting to be discovered. A landscape of soaring
hights, brilliant colors, and sweeping depths, it cannot be captured by the
average bermuda-clad tourist's camera.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

I had created an EXTREMELY simple model of a humanoid figure, using only
cylinders and cubes. Bored with his physical appearance, I decided to do an
illustration of his soul. 6 reflective walls with different colors representing
the different facets of his existance soon brought the image to life. The
subject himself was also made reflective, causing the image to explode with
shape and color.
