===== From maarten_hofman@hotmail.com: This would do very well as a painting. I'm not sure if it does as well in a ray trace about loneliness, but the glass makes the difference. ===== From cherii@att.net: This is soooo interesting to look at. Very surreal, yet says a lot about the world today, so it's also realistic in a way. I found each object to be sort of wonderful to look at. The colors are nice; I like the jewel-tone objects in the scene. I don't think I would have taken such a long look without reading your description, though. The narrative really brought it to life. ===== From darwallace@earthlink.net: This is fantasy, and perhaps horror, but not loneliness. ===== From beighton155@yahoo.com: Not very on-topic at all, but its a nice picture. More marks would have been given but it appears alot of your models where pre-made for you! ===== From ruy@hipernet.com.br: Pretty busy picture. Surreal. I can't relate it to loneliness, though. ===== From dapigg2000@yahoo.com: Alot of work went into this one, that is plain. Good work. Reminds me subtly of that book "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. ===== From rclee@oklahoma.net: Very interesting. It might look better if the bright yellows were toned down a bit. ===== From glenn@mccarters.net: Quite fanciful and colorful. ===== From bill@apocalypse.org: I don't understand how the elements of the scene come to have meaning. An alien landscape, strange objects... Yugoslavia? Loneliness? ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: You've created a very complete scene in terms of the objects placed around it. I like the "rainbow" colouration of the temples, and on a smaller scale, of the whole scene itself. The one thing I think could use improvement if the water on which the platforms are placed. While I do not recommend reducing the turbulence (it fits with the mood of the scene), the turbulence doesn't really give the impression of a liquid as it is too random. ===== From clem@dhol.org: What you say makes sense, but the image doesn't really convey it to me. Perhaps the symbolism is too obscure. Connection to topic is peripheral. The idea could work, but you need more detail for the viewer to see the things you describe. Also, the scene is too busy visually. ===== From r@131.san-francisco-13-14rs.ca.dial-access.att.net: Notable for modelling, textures, originality
