===== From : This image needs some spicing up, such as more details. Also you need to improve your anti-aliasing. There are quite a few artifacts. Keep practicing, you'll get there. ===== From whitey@telefragged.com: i feel bad for the people that dump hour upon hour into something that ends up looking like this. oucha. ===== From rclee@oklahoma.net: Interesting color contrast. ===== From glenn@mccarters.net: Well, it's a good start to an image. This looks like a template for a = real scene -- now it's time to add the real textures and models to = complete the setup. I think it conveys "fear" better than either "sadness" or "lonliness". ===== From p_chan@shaw.ca: I agree with you're decision to keep the wide angle shot. The feel of the image produced by the other elements is more than a detailed facial expression could have provided. It looks to me as if the "light" coming in from the door is made of cylinders, so I would suggest creating an actual slit, and then a bare room. As for the room being too empty, my suggest would be to add some objects (boxes, or a chair) placed just in front of the door (to add to the idea of hiding/no wanting to be found). ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: The camera angle works well here, and the purple thing is kind of cute. Different textures on walls and floor would help the scene, I think. (Why does the door have the same texture as the walls?) It's hard to tell there is a mirror rather than a hole in the wall between two rooms... a simple frame around the mirror might make it more obvious. ===== From clem@dhol.org: Says "mentally ill underwear mascot" to me.
