===== From bfranke2@home.com: I like the rocks, but the ray effect is way over done. Also there should be some very strong shadows with this position for the sun. ===== From Stickgod01@aol.com: good sand texture and rocks, but the dunes look too sharp. They're smoother than that. I like the birds. ===== From tony@j4tb.com: Nice picture. Gives you the feel of the desert. The birds seem somewhat of an irony. A different lens flare would really make it look hot. ===== From javaearl@hotmail.com: Good birds. Very believable desert (great sand texture.) ===== From warp@iki.fi: How can the sun shine through a cloud? The direction of the light seems to be different from the location of the sun. The sand looks a bit too flat. ===== From mark.wagner17@gte.net: The lens flare overwhelms the rest of the scene. Try getting rid of the rays from the flare, but leave the glow alone. ===== From chris_hormann@gmx.de: good work on the stones, good composition. I wonder about the "clouds" in foreground on the right, they do not seem to fit... and there is no place in sahara, where it never rains :-) ===== From jouni@mikrobitti.fi: The Sahara is a vast plain, if I remember it correctly. Pretty harsh terrain you've got; wonder how sharp dunes like that would manage the continous wind? Very nice sun/sky effect! ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Nice shaping on the rocks and ground, and I like the blowing sand effect. The textures look good too. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: The bright lighting and shadows seem to have no relationship to the sun.
