  Au début des années 12000, l'Empereur Cléon II fit construire ce 
  monument a son image, dans un quartier résidentielle de Trantor
  réservé aux Hommes En Gris. 

  A cette époque, il était fréquent qu'un Empereur ordonne lui 
  même la construction de monument commémoratif.  Il savait
  que dès qu'il aurait quitté son trône, plus personne ne 
  se souviendrait de lui, a part quelques historiens 
  qui vivaient dans de vieilles bibliothèques sombres.

  Cléon II fut assasiné 3 ans après la construction du parc.

  In the early 12000, the Emperor Cleon II ordered this statue
  of himself, in a residential area of Trantor, where the Men 
  in Grey lived.

  It wasn't rare that an Emperor would order himself the construction
  of a memorial statue.  He knew that as soon as he finish his reign, 
  nobody would remember him, except for a couple a historians in their
  dark old libraries.

  Cleon II was murdered 3 years after the construction of the park.
