===== From loomsbury@yahoo.com: This is pretty. However, the fog is too thick, too fast. Also, some of the buildings need different textures. ===== From pmccombs@hotmail.com: Is there a ground? I see the bases of the buidlings, but the fog continues. ===== From tony@j4tb.com: A very efficient piece considering the time it took. The buildings look great nice textures and windows the Heating units on the tops add a nice touch. I'm impressed you did a lot with few objects. ===== From whhale@nvl.army.mil: I gave you a fairly high Artistic mark. I like the angle and twist on the camera. Fog is always a nice way to hide distant details. For a simple modeling job and short render time this turned out pretty well. ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Nice image... liked the modeling and textures ===== From tom@tomandlu.force9.co.uk: I loved this. And your logo. ===== From StephenF@whoever.com: Good choice of camera angle to help capture the scale of a city, and I like the use of an off-white pigment. The buildings look rather simple, though... I think more detail would work better, especially on the foreground buildings. ===== From tonyv@iafrica.com: Eye-candy. Expect to see this on lots of Windows Desktops as wallpaper. ===== From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au: A nice, almost monochrome image - this relies on shape and texture to make a visual impact. Doing so, it abstracts the quality of the city into an artistic statement, which looks nice but doesn't seem to suit the theme fully. Also, the repetition of elements such as the vents and window shapes further detracts from any feeling of reality. This looks more like a model than a city... ===== From file: Notable for modelling
