DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
well I started with the land scape in terain maker, than I exported that to moray and got the enviroment to look right, the moon was a flat cylinder with an image map on it the stars were a simple texture with only a bump pigmint and modifires it took a while to make it look like stars. the cross itself is two super Q's with about ten carfuly placed, dim, tinted point lights around it. after that was all done I screwed around with the fog and atmosphere until it looked right.
