get bryce, a few imagination and let mouse scrolls 
around the screen...

first...

    . a few terrains for the ground and mountains...
   2. a few more terrains for the city with a 
      special texture...
   3. a type of spheres...
   4. a very good look texture...
   5. a few fog... lights and camera...

   6. click render and ZUuumpppp...

...all done... simple humm!
