===== From castlewrks@aol.com: Where are the approach lights? Have you ever looked at an airport runway at night? ===== From Martin.Magnusson.7121@student.uu.se: The airport is the best part of the scene. ===== From dormammu@erols.com: Everything looks a little grainy. Otherwise, it's nice. ===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com: Very good for a first submission. To be a little nitpicky, the wing tip lights are back to front. ( Red should be on left side). The runway is very short and there is a frightening cross wind. ( We all have our special interests. One of us is a pilot). ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Good concept, but execution misses the mark. How long is the runway? A few times longer than the buildings? The grey objects on the foreground don't have enough detail to be recognizable. And the "plane" is unreasonably proportioned. Keep working on it, and this will become a fine image... ===== From djconnel@flash.net: You really should use textures. The 4-Elements extension is something I don't have.... if I didn't basically switch to POV-Ray I would look into adding it after seeing your image. Unfortunately night doesn't appear to be the focus of the image. It happens to occur at night, but doesn't make any statements or convey much emotion on the subject. ===== From r@dial-up30.webbernet.net: Very bizarre airplane. Scene gives a good feel for an actual night landing, but the airport needs to be considerably more substantial. The ground and road are too grainy. This comment by clem@dhol.com.
