DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

        I just used a text editor and a calculator to create the image. I
beleive the scene from Fantasia features mops filling the tower with water, but
brooms were so much easier to model :)
        The windows and the atmosphere were an afterthought that I thought
looked really cool...
        The huge time it took to render (over 2 days on a 200Mhz P6) was due to
the atmosphere effects in POV-Ray (which accounts for the dust in the air)
