===== From agage@mines.edu: Reflection off of the work table is a nice effect. Green borders on the top and bottom are a bit distracting. ===== From jjanger@mail.cspp.edu: It's a little tough to see anything... ===== From tlyons@gnn.com: needs a little more detail, but not too much! ===== From wozzeck@club-internet.fr: Many good things here (mostly having objects behind, and the table surface effects). But I thing too much flare effect. ===== From libelle@webbwerks.com: Nice, but the lens flares are distracting. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: A cool image, practically humming with energy. The copyright notice is much too distracting. ===== From cfusner@enter.net: The lighting needs work, and I don't know whether radiosity will make a real difference here. Until I read the descriptive TXT file, I had no idea the desk was teak, or that there was a corkboard in the background. (I could see the space shuttle dimly, but I couldn't tell what was going on back there). And other details are also invisible simply because there is no light falling on any of it! I agree with the decision to have the room dimly illuminated soas to make the laser effect stand out better, but a dim fill light would have made some of the remarkable details you mention stand out more, and still left the scene dim enough to make the laser notable. As it is, too much darkness! ===== From alex@astro.queensu.ca: like the lens flare and the lights.
