DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 


I wrote several simple C programs to generate most of the fish (approximated
the shape of the body using cosine curves) and some of the fins. The texture
I created using a picture of a fish my dad caught a few weeks ago (the scales
don't look perfect but I think they came out well considering no image
maps were used...)
The chalkboard image was made with Photoshop. The height_field was made using
a program I wrote called Plasma (you can get it on the web from
http://dante.cwru.edu/apriori/
and browse my company's home page to see other stuff while your at it...)
The apple was made in BlobSculptor...
