I have had comments on the this section saying both that I write too much and too little. There is no pleasing everyone. IMAGE DESCRIPTION: Some themes of evolution. An irreverent explanation of why god created the universe. A little biblical day thing. The evolution of 8 balls. Appearance on land, multiplying. DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: I have been criticized for saying both to much and to little in this section. I am striving for "just right" so as to have a collection of all possible criticisms of this section. Generic information on size limited animations at which has some guidelines for minimizing the file size. If you can't steal from the best who can you steal from? A little bible, a little blasphemy and a lot of 2001. Starfield method. In previous animations I have used an image map of hue scattered noise. It looks realistic as is but in animations the stars flicker. That is fine for a night sky on earth but sucks for the de rigour outer space scenes. This one has the smallest size of spheres which will not flicker, Smaller does flicker even though these are fixed size spheres. There appears no way to do it accurately in Povray. It is included in the zip file. If anyone knows a better way please post it. === To the children, a reminder. Etiquette This describes the intentions of the competition and what we hope to gain from it. c. The competition is not about winning. You do not have to be a professional, or even any good! I assure everyone, I am no damn good.
