ANIMATION DESCRIPTION: 

A high-speed chase through a futuristic city complete with flying cars.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED: 

This is my first attempt at animation, and, as such, could be improved.  Time
constraints, however, prevent me from doing so.  I've learned a lot and I hope
to return next quarter with a stronger contender.
