IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
The name 'consequences' explains what the image represents.  The throw-away lifestyle that so many people have in privileged societies bears some ultimate consequences.  Eventually this mindset of "use once and discard" will overwhelm our natural resources.  The imagery shows suburbia beginning to feel the pressure from the immense amount of waste it creates.  We should always be thinking of the consequences that come from such a lifestyle.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
I built the entire image in Truespace 4.3.  Almost all of the textures I created in Adobe Illustrator, which I used because I like the smooth quality it lends the image.  The dirtier textures are digital photos of mine.  I went through several different versions of this image.  Initially I built the image in Wings3D and textured/rendered it in POVray, but I did not like the outcome.  I had recently purchased Truespace for an awesome sale price and built a much better image in that program.  Critique welcome.
