I used a photo of a delorean (from back to the future movie) to create the delorean model and map it. I used a map for the camera lens, it gave me a distorted perspective which I found interesting, so I kept it. I also used Depth of Blur and some atmospheric apparatus such as Volume fog to give distant buildings a haze. I used many omni lights with Glow to create the various glows in the scene. Overall, the geometry was simple, most of the detail was created with displacement map modelling.
