IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 
Chinese people has the ability of interact respectfully with Nature since its inception as a civilization. Their concept of balance is remarkable because it has endured -and surpassed- many obstacles. It's obviously other way of thinking, a different hierarchy of thoughts, or another concept of life. Architectural forms will integrate a philosophical representation of energy through colors and assigned shapes -different from the west. In this image, two bridges over the waters, flowing. Two houses and an interior and open environment. Lamps and objects, open to the elements. The image is a composition using many visual resources, all of them from photos and text available on the internet. 
 
DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Almost everything is an object. The scene is reduced to a small portion of a terrain -an object- textured and scaled to fit the point of view. 
There is a water plane -barely visible- and architectural stuff. Few textures with image_maps created with PSP7.04, the rest are procedural. 
Trees are from Tomtree.inc, foliage was made in PlantStudio, and everything else was modeled in hamapatch.

The POV-Ray Help section was especially useful, regarding the use of radiosity.
NOTE: The source file does *not* include: terrain, wing and front bridge, because of their size= 9.5 Megs

DESCRIPCION DE LA IMAGEN: 
El pueblo Chino tiene la habilidad de inractuar respetuosamente con la Naturaleza desde su aparición como civilización. Su concepto de equilibrio es notable porque ha experimentado -y sobrepasado- muchos obstáculos. Es obviamente, otra manera de pensar, una jerarquía diferente en el pensamiento, u otro concepto de la vida. Las formas arquitectónicas integrarán una representación filosófica de la energía a través del uso del color y ciertas formas -diferente de Occidente. En esta imagen, dos puentes sobre las aguas que corren. Dos casas, un ambiente interior y otro abierto. Las lámparas y objetos, ante los elementos. La imagen es una composición que usa muchos recursos visuales, todos ellos provenientes de fotos y textos, disponibles en internet.
 
DESCRIPCION DE COMO SE CREO LA IMAGEN: 

Casi todo es un objeto, es decir, ha sido modelado. La escena está reducida a una pequeña área de la superficie -otro objeto-, texturizado y escalado para encajar en el punto de vista escogido. 
Hay un plano con agua -escasamente visible- y cosas arquitectónicas. Pocas texturas a base de imágenes -creadas con PSP7.0, las demás por procedimiento. Los árboles -uno en realidad- proviene de Tomtree.inc, el follaje está hecho en PlantStudio y todo lo demás está modelado en hamapatch.

La sección de Ayuda de POV-Ray fue especialmente útil, sobre todo en las variables de "Radiosity". 
NOTA: El archivo fuente NO incluye ni el terreno, ni el ala(arquitectura), ni el puente del primer plano;  a causa de su tamaño= 9.5 megas.
