IMAGE DESCRIPTION: 
        This is a picture of an angel who has fallen in love and is
        oblivious to all around her.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 
        I created this image without any external modellers, just entering
        text into the editor. I have recently discovered Texture Magic, but
        for now, I am doing everything by hand. The city uses some of POV's
        scripting language to create a whole grid of buildings at random
        hieghts. The figure was created using blobs, again by hand.  anyone
        know of any good modellers that can handle blobs?  Her dress is a
        bunch of cones, with some random positioning and a transparent marble
        pattern. I had to increase the max_trace_level so the background
        would show through. The hair is made from spheres, cylinders and
        torus' (torii?), and uses a short gradient pattern to increase the
        detail. The wings are scaled spheres with a small spotted pattern.

        I have included some pretty messy source code for the figure, which
        could be cleaned up a bit and used as a generic template. It includes
        the ability to specify the lengths and orientation of all the limbs
        and the actual co-ordinates are calculated automatically (i.e. the
        joints work properly!) I will be working on a better model, but anyone
        is welcome to adapt this code if they're brave enough. I don't even
        care if you credit me, but please send me any improvements (it
shouldn't
        be too difficult!).
