ANIMATION DESCRIPTION:
Based upon Chuck Jones's Wyle E Coyote & Roadrunner and an episode of Red Dwarf (Polymorph).

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED:

How
===
I was a good boy this time.
I created a storeyboard.
Broke the story down into 33 setup or scenes.
used a spreadsheet to keep trak of all the scenes. When they had been modelled.
When they were rendered etc.
I rendered everything to bitmaps 400x300.
This allowed me to stop at night and restart from the next unrendered frame the next day.
I stop everything at 24 frames per second
I converted the bitmats for each scene to AVIs using pjBmp2Avi.
I then converted the AVIs to mpg using avi2mpg1
I then joined the mpgs together using Camel MPEGJoin
I had all scenes roughly modelled and rendered by early March.
I then created a critique sheet to log my toughts on material,lighting,timing etc for each scene.
I re-worked each scene, re-rendered and re-appraised.
This method reduced the pressure off me as I knew I had enough material "in the can" to post to IRTC.
It was a matter of tightening up as much as I could. add fades etc.

Wish List
=========
Dust trails on feet.
Smoke on jet and rockets

Modelling.
=========
Emu is based upon a cube with faces extruded.
Meshsmooth applied.
Biped created.
Physique added.
Biped linked to Physique.

Animation was done on a naked biped and saved as a .BIP file.
The BIP file was then applied to the Emu's Biped in a scene.

Dum E.Dingo was modelled using the excellent and free MetaReyes.
created the body and head
created the MetaModel
I then sized a biped to match the MetaReyes.
Attached the MetaMuscles to the Biped links.

As for the Emu, I animated on a naked biped and loaded BIP files.
