Short: Allow LaTeX to print Chinese characters Author: vkelim@ariel.ucs.unimelb.edu.au Uploader: vkelim ariel ucs unimelb edu au Type: text/tex Version: 2 Architecture: m68k-amigaos Allow LaTeX to print Chinese characters, independent x-y res. !!==NEW FEATURES==!! Both hbf2cjk and pbmtopk modified to accept independent x and y reolutions. !!==OLD FEATURES==!! Includes parts of the `pbmtopk (from netpbm)' and `hbf2cjk' packages, compiled for use on the Amiga. `Bug' fixed in pbmtopk. As far as I know, even the pbmtopk provided with PasTeX does not work until a certain line is fixed up. Also `hbf2cjk' modified to allow different point sizes to specified easily from the command line, instead of having to re- define the #define statement at the beginning of the source code! Both these packages require ixemul.library, available in dev/gnu of Aminet, I believe. For all practical purposes, a TeX set-up requires a hard-drive and plenty of RAM. These utilities do not assume a lesser setup. David Fong vkelim@ariel.ucs.unimelb.edu.au
